American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) certification standards are recognized around the world as the benchmark for quality dog and cat health care in veterinary medicine. AAHA developed its accreditation program to raise the level of care being provided to companion animals. AAHA is the only organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the U.S. and Canada. All AAHA accredited practices voluntarily meet or exceed the association’s extensive standards for high-quality patient care, record keeping, protocols, and equipment. Member hospitals are regularly evaluated by AAHA consultants to assure continued compliance and the best available care.
