Please call the hospital directly. Our team can help you determine the best appointment option for your pet and review additional availability.
Is online booking available outside of hospital hours?
Yes. You can use the online scheduling tool at your convenience, even when the hospital is closed. This does not mean the hospital itself is open 24/7.
What should I do if my pet needs urgent or emergency care?
Online booking is intended for routine and eligible appointments. If your pet needs immediate medical attention, please contact the hospital directly or seek the appropriate emergency veterinary care.
Can I book online if I’m a new client?
Yes! If the hospital is accepting new clients, you can select “New Client” during the online booking process and continue scheduling your visit.
